O.R.S Hydration Tablets follow the oral rehydration solution guidelines set by the World Health Organisation. The tablets contain a mix of electrolytes and a low-calorie dose of glucose (17.2 kcal), which not only restores a healthy level of hydration quickly but also keeps you hydrated for longer than water alone.

Easy to use – Drop, dissolve and drink normal drinking water.

How to use: Add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Sip slowly.
Adults & children aged 6 years and over: Consume 200ml (2 tablets) of solution whenever you need to maintain your body’s fluid level.
Children aged 3-6 years: Administer 10ml of solution per kg of body weight whenever the body needs to maintain its fluid level. Offer the necessary amount in small sips.
